Welcome to Propagraft. Because our products are uniquely 3D-printed, custom-designed, and manufactured on-demand, our fulfillment workflow differs from traditional retail. Please read our policies carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Modifications: If you need to modify your order (e.g., change a player name, jersey number, or delivery address), you must contact us immediately at contact@propagraft.com. Modifications are only permitted if we have not yet started the 3D printing or custom design process. If the modified item has a higher value, the price difference must be cleared before manufacturing begins.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if we have not initiated any work on your order—including 3D printing, custom 3D modeling, slicing, or specific graphic design customizations. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: All items are made-to-order. Standard manufacturing and packaging take 2 to 3 business days. During high-volume periods or queue delays, processing may take longer, and we will proactively notify you via email regarding any timeline updates.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched via our delivery partners, transit takes approximately 4 to 7 business days. Actual delivery windows vary based on your geographic location, regional accessibility, and the physical size of the printed package.
- Tracking: A live tracking link will be automatically generated and emailed to you as soon as the courier picks up your package.
3. Transit Damage & Defect Claims (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
We take immense care in packaging our premium 3D art and workspace gear. However, if your package arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, you must follow these strict guidelines to claim a free replacement:
- 24-Hour Window: Any transit damage must be reported to contact@propagraft.com strictly within 24 hours of delivery as recorded by the courier tracking network.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the outer packaging condition, the opening of the box, and clear proof of the damaged item. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or submitted after the 24-hour window, will be automatically rejected.
- Remedy: Upon verification of the video, Propagraft will manufacture and ship a brand-new replacement item to you at no additional cost.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Sales are Final: Due to the bespoke nature of on-demand 3D printing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” incorrect size choice, or aesthetic preferences after production has occurred.
- Authorized Returns: In the rare instance an exception is formally authorized by our support team, the customer is strictly responsible for booking and paying for the return shipping costs.
