By nature, 3D-printed items possess unique characteristics, including visible layer lines, minor surface variations, and micro-textures. These are not manufacturing defects but are inherent traits of the production process.
- Color Variations: We make every effort to display the colors and finishes of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays, ambient room lighting, and plastic filament batch variations, the actual color of the physical product may vary slightly from your screen.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site including but not limited to custom 3D model renders, product descriptions, website graphics, logo branding, and original product photography is the exclusive property of Propagraft. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering our physical 3D designs or digital assets for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from us.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
- Limitation of Liability: Propagraft, our directors, or our team shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, the improper wall-mounting or placement of our frames and tech accessories.
- Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction bound to the courts of Suratgarh, Rajasthan.
